How does the home inspection process work? Clients can reach me via calling, text or e-mail. We will have a conversation about what services are needed, when they need to be done by and pricing. Once I have all the information we pick a date and time for your inspection. I will contact the listing agent to set up the appointment. I perfer that my clients are at their inspection but it is not required. All paperwork and payments can be sent via email if you are not able to attend. The inspection takes 2-3 hours. A full report with photos will be e-mailed to you and your agent by midnight that same day. My clients are always encouraged to ask any questions before, during and after their inspection is complete. I strive to make this process as easy as possible.
